Rebuilding

Rebuilding was my very first documentary short film, detailing my personal experience during the first few weeks of the COVID-19 pandemic, as it unfolded in real time. Quarantining in upstate NY, I facetime my 2 older sisters, who both live in New York City, almost every day. One is recovering from contracting the virus and one is an NYU medical student working as a volunteer at NYU hospitals. Still reeling over the loss of our mother 2 years prior, we navigate how to stay close and stay sane in an extremely uncertain time.
